Our kennels are purpose built to the highest standards, with all kennels having access to a spacious run and sleeping quarters. Our premises are completely fenced and secure, with all our runs, indoor and outdoor having individual water supplies, double glazed windows, raised beds, 24 hr a day radio, along with indoor heating during the colder spells. Bell Reed Kennels also have CCTV in operation at all times.

All dogs are exercised a minimum of four times a day in one of our secure exercise areas or paddocks. We are lucky to have a variety of outdoor enrichment to keep our boarders mentally stimulated including: Agility equiptment, climbing frames and tyres. As well as physical enrichment, all our visitors take part in a variety of enrichment activities inside their kennel with a member of staff. These include: stuffed kongs, lick mats, puzzle toys and of course,  plenty of cuddles!

All of the dogs are fed on one of the best super-premium foods on the market which is produced specifically for Bell Reed Kennels. We supply a high quality, nutritious dry food for all dogs boarding with us, however special dietary needs can be accommodated at request.

We live on site and have a vet on 24 hour call. 

​

Bell Reed Kennels are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with our business hours running between 8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.

 Long or short term stays are welcome, however during the summer period over Bank Holiday weekends, early reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.

 

Arrivals are between 10am - 11am and 4pm - 5pm each day. 

Departures are between 9am - 10am and 4 - 5pm each day

                 Closed Sundays and BANK HOLIDAYS.                   
 
 
Inspections are welcome between our opening hours.

Viewings are by appointment only.

Please note our price increases as of 1st January 2024 - This is to reflect the rise in staffing costs, training, electricity and heating costs, boarding licence and insurance. All existing bookings at the 2023 prices will be honoured.

All our prices include VAT.

Bookings are only held once a 50% deposit of the total amount is received.

Please note, a charge of £1.00 per day is added during

peak season.

(These are inclusive of June 1st - August 31st)

Due to rise in energy costs, from October 1st – March 31st there is an additional £2.00 per day to cover the cost of winter fuel.

Charges are per day and include day of arrival and day of departure.   

A surcharge of £10.00 will be added to single day/night stays.

 

An additional charge of £1 will be incurred for each administration of medication. A £5 surcharge per day will be incurred for pets requiring multiple forms of medication daily, or insulin.

All pets must have an up to date inoculation certificate, which must be produced prior to boarding on each stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 1-14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of the total bill. Deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
